Gona Naidoo didn't begin her career in an executive office. She worked her way there.
Starting in bookkeeping and accounting, she progressed into senior financial leadership, building extensive experience across finance, taxation, compliance and business operations.
Her career includes serving as Regional Financial Manager for Africa at Fragomen Worldwide, where she was part of the regional senior management team, reporting to leadership in the UK and United States.
She also held a Finance and HR Controller position at Société Générale, gaining experience in the demanding financial environment of international banking.
Alongside her professional career, Gona earned an Executive MBA with merit and a Graduate ICSA qualification.
